WorkerWe may be right for you if you’re looking for support in navigating work-related issues and stressors like job/career transitions, coworker dynamics, workplace conflicts, or navigating career growth and development. WorkerWe has psychologists who specialize in working with people of all age groups, backgrounds, and job types.
WorkerWe is not the right fit for you if any of the following is true:
WorkerWe coaches are skilled and credentialed psychologists with extensive experience in assisting individuals within work environments.
WorkerWe is available for a monthly fee of $40.00 or an annual fee of $290.00. This fee includes three one-hour group coaching sessions held weekly, some of which are centered on a work-related topic, others are open questions-and-answer format.
If you prefer individual coaching, you can opt for these sessions at an additional cost. The rates are $100.00 for a 30-minute session or $200.00 for a 60-minute session. The frequency of your individual sessions is up to you.
All coaching sessions, whether group or individual, take place on Zoom. In group sessions, members remain anonymous and cannot screen share or share video to ensure privacy.
Individual sessions also use Zoom, with full video and audio capabilities available.
WorkerWe members can ask questions directly to coaches through The Hive, a member-only platform designed for addressing immediate coaching-related concerns.
The decision is entirely yours. Some people find that a few coaching sessions with WorkerWe are enough for them, while others prefer ongoing coaching over a longer period.
Once you subscribe, you’ll have instant access to weekly group coaching sessions and The Hive, a member-only platform for addressing immediate coaching-related concerns. You can also immediately book and schedule an individual coaching session with a WorkerWe coach for an additional fee.
Yes, all members on group coaching calls remain anonymous. WorkerWe achieves this by concealing participants’ names and videos during the calls. Additionally, WorkerWe’s member rules encourages the use of neutral pronouns and names when referring to others, and it prohibits the mention of any company names during group discussions.
Unfortunately, no. WorkerWe’s services are not considered therapy, so health insurance does not cover its fees. However, some employers offer professional development stipends that can very likely be used to cover the costs of WorkerWe.
You can cancel your subscription anytime by submitting your request to [email protected].
If you need to cancel or reschedule an individual coaching session, please inform your coach through The Hive (in your online portal) at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a $50.00 fee.
There is no penalty for missing a weekly group coaching session.
Yes, when you schedule or join or coaching session, your coach will keep what you say confidential. All WorkerWe coaches are skilled and credentialed psychologists, and while WorkerWe isn’t therapy, our coaches adhere to the same ethical standards as licensed psychologists/therapists. This means they follow mandated reporting and confidentiality requirements set by their governing board and state laws, similar to traditional therapy settings.
In general, coaches will keep your information private, but there are limited exceptions. For instance, if you express intent to harm yourself or someone else, WorkerWe coaches, as credentialed psychologists, are obligated to report this to the appropriate authorities.
If you have questions or concerns, please discuss them with your WorkerWe coach. For more information, you can also refer to our Privacy Policy
